Located in Taipei City, Yongkang beef noodles first appeared in the veal noodle stall next to Yongkang Park, when the owner of the noodle shop, Mr. Zheng, a veteran, established a small noodle stall in the 52nd year of the Republic of China, Mr. Zheng used homemade bean paste with boiled beef noodles, becoming the Sichuan-style beef noodles passed down from the streets and alleys.
Yongkang insists on never using moisturizer to increase the softness of meat. They cook the meat in a 24-hour non-ceasefire method to achieve the softness, tenderness and softness of the meat, and then combine it with green onions, ginger, garlic and other materials to enhance the taste. Among them, the beef is stewed for up to 4~5 hours until it is crystal caramel colored, soft and chewy, which is the unique taste of Yongkang beef noodles.

Young people may not know the history and origin of Ximending but Ximending is a place that never gets old, and from the past to the present, and even the future, it is always a young progression.
"Ximending Town", a place that young people love to visit, refers to "Zhonghua Road", "Kangding Road", "Chengdu Road", and "Hankou Street" " between the areas. It originated from the Japanese occupation era when it was planned as a tic-tac-shaped entertainment special area. The so-called "town" means industrial and commercial district. Since then, the interplay of historical significance and modern neologisms in Ximending has become a cultural landscape where youth culture and past historical spaces coexist.
