It consists of a musical fountain show performed in an 8.5-acre man-made lake in front of the resort. The show uses 1,214 water nozzles and 4,792 lights. The fountains shoot as high as 460 feet. Stages are sometimes built on the lake to host events, such as musical performances, that incorporate the fountain show.
Monday - Friday: There is a show every half hour from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. and every 15 minutes from 8 p.m. - midnight.
Saturdays: The show runs every half hour from noon - 8 p.m. and every 15 minutes from 8 p.m. - midnight.

The volcano erupts in a nightly fiery display against a background of dancing water jets—complete with a pulsating soundtrack and a kaleidoscopic light show. It actually emits heat to mimic an actual eruption. The show draws a sizeable crowd each time so it's recommended to get there early to snag a good viewing spot. The Fremont Street Experience is a pedestrian mall and attraction in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The FSE occupies the westernmost five blocks of Fremont Street, including the area known for years as "Glitter Gulch", and portions of some other adjacent streets.
The central attraction is a barrel vault canopy, 27 m high at the peak and four blocks, or approximately 419 m, in length.
While Las Vegas is known for never turning the outside casino lights off, each show begins by turning off the lights on all of the buildings, including the casinos, under the canopy. Before each show, one bidirectional street that crosses the Experience is blocked off for safety reasons.
Concerts, usually free, are also held on three stages. The venue has become a major tourist attraction for downtown Las Vegas, and is also the location of the SlotZilla zip line attraction and the city's annual New Year's Eve party, complete with fireworks on the display screen.
