Wulai Hot spring(烏來溫泉) ::
Wulai Hot Spring is located in Wulai District, New Taipei City, northern Taiwan, Wulai is a transliteration of Taiwan's aboriginal Atayal language for smoking hot water, hot springs are mainly distributed along the west side of the confluence of Nanshi Creek and Barrelback Creek, is a metamorphic rock area hot spring belonging to the snow mountain range, nearby cliffs can be observed four-sided sandstone, dry gully layer, coarse cave sandstone, large barrel mountain layer and Ao bottom. Wulai Hot Spring is presumed to come from a fissure formed during the formation of the nearby anticline of the Tianshan Mountain, and the hot spring dew point is mostly at the axis of this anticline.
